Returns

Please send an e-mail to support@boutiquelisdodde.com Do not forget to include your name and invoice number so that we know which order it concerns. There is also a return form with the order, please enclose it with your return. After receipt of your return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 7 working days.

Read below the conditions regarding the exchange of items:

The items must be unworn and in original condition and provided with the original tags and labels
We will not take back orders that do not meet these conditions.

Shipping costs are not reimbursed for returns.
